Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
To report a defective or incorrect item, please email Support@carepaws.net with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
If the issue is verified and approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to defective-item claims only. We do not accept cancellations or returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
